 What a gem I discovered today at Creekside Chiro!  Following my recent hip replacement, Dr. Tate helped realign my body. His professionalism and genuine care for my condition made the experience so personalized and meaningful. I felt welcomed by his office assistant and look forward to returning regularly. 

 Dr. Tate was able to fix my shoulder when no one else could!  He has such a kind bed side manner as well! Highly recommend! 

 Dr. Tate is awesome! He really takes the time to know you, what’s working, what isn’t, and he adjusts your treatment plan accordingly. He’s the best chiropractor that I have been to and I’d recommend him to anyone! 

 I have struggled with back issues for a while now stemming from an injury in the past and have been through a variety of treatments. Dr. Burleson is one of many chiropractors I have seen, and the only one I will continue to see moving forward. He really took the time to understand my issues and individualize treatment to fit my needs. I am now pain-free for the first time in months!

Service was excellent and staff was a pleasure to deal with. Not your usual experience at a doctor’s office. They make me feel welcome each and every time I come in.

 I would like to thank Tate Burleson D.C. and staff of Creekside Chiropractic for fitting me in this past week while I was in Texas attending a horse show. Mr. Burleson is knowledgeable, kind, and interested in helping his patients heal and feel well.

I suffered a debilitating back injury four years ago with six crushed vertebra. Against my medical doctor's advice I rehabilitated myself so that I could ride my horse again and am now competing.  

Unfortunately, my back is still somewhat fragile and after traveling nearly 20 hours by trucks to a horse show I was limited in movement on my left side and it was interfering with my ability to compete. The day after visiting Creekside Chirpractic and the individualized care I received I was able to ride my horse to a fast speed round and handy cow trial.

Three days post treatment by Mr. Burleson and I am still able to move well. I will definitely be stopping in for an appointment next time we make the trek in April.

 My son was seeing Dr. Tate and referred me when I needed help with a problem. I have had great results from my treatment here! I no longer have debilitating pain and have a much better range of motion. I have since referred three of my daughter's and my grandson's nurse.  The Dr. was amazing and did his absolute best to help! I was having a lot of pain and was hesitant to see a chiropractor again because of a not so great experience in the past but my experience here was NOHING like that! He talked through everything and was was so nice and understanding. Excellent bedside manner. I can’t wait to keep this treatment plan going! There was also no wait & easy scheduling. 

 New in town and very blessed to find Dr. Tate. The BEST chiropractor and staff. I highly recommend Creekside Chiropractic. 

 Dr. Tate did a great job thoroughly evaluating the issue and explaining why it was happening instead of just doing a generic adjustment like most chiropractic places. I’m definitely going to recommend Creekside Chiropractic to my friends and family! 

 We love Dr. Tate and his staff! I began seeing him for a very painful shoulder issue. I received some relief right away and continual improvement over a few months. I am so very thankful! He also is seeing my baby grandson who has a condition that makes his muscles stiff and makes movement difficult for him. There has been marked improvement for him after seeing Dr. Tate. His physical therapists have indicated they can see his improvement. I am so very grateful for his skill in treatment! 

 Awesome experience! First chiropractor that customized treatment to address my concerns instead of doing generic treatment. Very happy with my chiropractic care here!
